What a Fanvue CRM should do
On Fanvue, your fans are your business. A CRM (customer relationship management) for Fanvue keeps track of who each fan is, what he bought, how much he spent and when he last talked to you, so you know who to message and what to offer. Most Fanvue CRMs stop there: they organise the inbox and leave the talking to you or your chatters.
FanBotify is a CRM and an AI chatter in one. The fan profile is not a page you read before replying: it is what the AI reads before every message it sends.
What FanBotify keeps on every fan
- Memory of the conversation: what he told you, what he likes, what he already bought, used naturally in later chats.
- Spend and purchases: every paid message he unlocked and every tip, so his history is never guessed.
- Where he stands: new fan, follower, subscriber, past buyer or expired, so each one gets the right message.
- Your biggest spenders over the last 30 days, ranked in the dashboard.
- Mutes: mark a fan as a timewaster or mute him, and the AI leaves him alone.
From CRM to sales: what the AI does with it
| CRM data | What FanBotify does with it |
|---|---|
| Spend history | Prices each PPV for that fan, inside the range you set |
| Last purchase | Offers the next tier of your bundles, not one he already owns |
| Unopened paid message | Sends one gentle follow-up |
| Auto-renew turned off | Writes to him before his subscription ends |
| New subscriber | Welcomes him within a minute, in your voice |
| Quiet for weeks | Proposes a personal message you can send in one click (AI Prospection) |
A Fanvue CRM for solo creators
If you run your own account, you do not need a separate inbox tool, a spreadsheet of spenders and a chatter. FanBotify answers every fan, remembers each one and shows you in one dashboard what the bot earned, who is about to buy and who needs you. You can still reply yourself at any time, and nothing goes live before you launch it.
A Fanvue CRM for agencies
Agencies need the same view for every model, plus roles for the team. The Agency plan puts 3 creators in one workspace with 5 team seats; Enterprise goes beyond that. Each model keeps her own isolated bot, voice, limits and catalog, and her own fan profiles: nothing is shared between creators. See the AI chatter for OFM agencies.

Connected the official way
FanBotify connects through the official Fanvue Developer API: you sign in with Fanvue and authorize the app. FanBotify never sees your Fanvue password, and you can disconnect it at any time. Your numbers stay yours: on the plans that include it, you can export them or read them with a read-only API key.
Plans
Starter $19 a month, Creator $49 a month with the first month free, Agency $129 a month for 3 creators; yearly saves 3 months. Every plan adds 25% of the paid messages the AI sells, never on tips, subscriptions or your own sales. See the plans.
Fanvue CRM segments and what to send each one
A CRM earns its keep when it tells you what to do next. FanBotify groups fans by where they stand, and each group calls for a different message:
| Segment | What he needs | What FanBotify does |
|---|---|---|
| New fan | A quick, warm hello and a question | Welcomes him within a minute, in your voice |
| Follower, not subscribed | A reason to stay and to subscribe | Chats, learns what he likes, no hard sell |
| Subscriber, never bought | A first, easy offer once rapport is there | Offers a first bundle at a price for him |
| Past buyer | The next step, not the same thing again | Offers the next tier he does not own |
| Unopened paid message | A reminder, once | Sends one follow-up |
| Auto-renew off | A reason to stay before he goes | Writes to him before the subscription ends |
| Quiet for 30 days | A personal nudge, not a blast | AI Prospection proposes a DM you send in one click |
| Expired | Recognition when he comes back | Picks up from what it remembers about him |
The automations run on the Creator plan and up. AI Prospection includes 150 messages a month on Creator and 400 on Agency.
A weekly Fanvue CRM routine for a creator
With the AI doing the chatting, your CRM work takes minutes a week rather than hours a day. A simple routine:
- Monday: read the week's numbers. What the bot sold, confirmed by Fanvue, and which tiers sold.
- Check your biggest spenders. Look at the top of the list. If one deserves a personal message from you, send it yourself.
- Clear the hand-offs. Refunds, approval requests, large payments and custom requests waiting for your OK.
- Send the week's prospection. Review the proposed DMs for each segment and send them in one click.
- Refresh the catalog. Add new shoots to your tiers, or let "Sort with AI" build the bundles.
- Prune the list. Mute timewasters so the AI stops spending messages on them.
Keep the CRM clean
A CRM is only as good as its list. Mute fans who only waste time, keep your tiers current so past buyers always have a next step, and check that your hard limits still match what you sell. Small weekly upkeep keeps every automated message relevant.
Your biggest spenders deserve a human touch
The AI looks after every fan, but the fans at the top of your spenders list are worth a personal message from you now and then. FanBotify ranks them in the dashboard, and you can set a payment amount above which a single sale comes to you. A short note in your own words to a loyal buyer often does more for retention than any offer.
Metrics to watch in your Fanvue CRM
- Revenue the bot sold: paid messages sent by the bot and confirmed by Fanvue, kept apart from your own sales.
- Offers sent vs bought, per tier: a tier that is offered often and rarely bought may be priced too high or placed too early.
- New fans who answer the welcome: few replies usually means the welcome is too long or too salesy.
- First purchases from new subscribers: how quickly new fans become buyers.
- Fans with auto-renew off: how many, and how many renew after the win-back message.
- Concentration of spend: how much of your income comes from your biggest spenders. A list that depends on a handful of fans is worth widening.
