What agencies need from a Fanvue chatbot
For a solo creator, a chatbot is a reply machine. For an agency, it is part of the operation. It has to keep models strictly apart, let several people work in the same place without stepping on each other, send the right conversations to the right person, and give the owner a clear view of what each model earns. This page focuses on that workflow. For the business case of AI chatting in OFM, see AI chatter for OFM agencies.
One workspace, an isolated bot per model
The Agency plan puts 3 creators in one workspace; Enterprise goes beyond for larger rosters. Inside the workspace, each model has her own bot:
- Her own persona and writing style, taught from her example messages.
- Her own hard limits and the topics she never discusses.
- Her own catalog: bundles from her Fanvue Vault, her tiers and her base prices.
- Her own fan memory: what each fan said and bought with her stays with her.
- Her own languages and reply mode: one model can run on automatic while another stays in drafts.
Nothing is shared between creators. A fan who follows two of your models never hears about the other one, and a mistake in one setup cannot leak into another.
Team seats and who does what
The Agency plan includes 5 team seats. A common way to split the work:
| Role in the agency | What they do in FanBotify |
|---|---|
| Owner or manager | Sets up each model, plans, prices and rules; watches revenue per model |
| Account manager | Maintains a model's persona, limits and catalog with her |
| Chatter | Approves drafts, takes hand-offs, replies when a fan needs a human |
| The model herself | Approves custom requests and confirms payment before anything is promised |
The AI handles the volume; your people handle the decisions. That usually means fewer chatters per model, and chatters who spend their time on the conversations that need them.
Hand-offs: routing the conversations that need a human
Hand-offs are what make an AI chatbot workable in an agency. FanBotify hands a chat to the team when:
- A fan mentions crisis or self-harm, or may be a minor (always on, cannot be turned off).
- A request is marked "needs approval" in the model's rules.
- A fan asks about a refund, a chargeback or a dispute.
- A fan is upset or abusive.
- A single payment goes above an amount you set for that model.
Each hand-off arrives as an alert on Telegram or email and in the dashboard, so whoever is on duty can pick it up. The fan's memory is there when the human takes over, so nobody starts from zero.
Rolling out across your roster
- Pick a pilot model. One with steady traffic and a clear voice.
- Set her up in drafts mode. The AI writes, a chatter approves. Fix the persona where drafts miss.
- Switch her to automatic replies once the drafts need few edits, and keep hand-offs on.
- Add the next models one at a time, reusing what you learned.
Nothing goes live for a model before you launch her bot, and any bot can be paused in one click. A longer rollout plan is in AI for Fanvue agencies.
Automations per model
Each model's bot runs the same automations: welcome new fans within a minute, one follow-up on an unopened paid message, a win-back message before a subscription ends after auto-renew is turned off, tip goals at peak hours, custom request alerts, and a compliance guard on every reply. AI Prospection proposes personal DMs to segments (online with no purchase yet, unopened paid message, auto-renew off, quiet for 30 days); the Agency plan includes 400 a month. Messages are pooled: 6,000 a month shared across the workspace. Details in Fanvue DM automation.
Reporting the owner can trust
The dashboard shows what the bot itself sold: paid messages sent by the bot and confirmed by Fanvue, kept apart from what the model or your chatters sold by hand. Alongside it: revenue intelligence, fans by status (new, follower, subscriber, past buyer, expired), the biggest spenders and the content vault. That separation matters when you pay chatters on commission or report to a model.
Safety across every model
An agency speaks for several real people at once, so one rule set must hold everywhere. FanBotify checks every message before it is sent: no off-platform payments, no meetups, no custom promised before the model confirms payment, each model's limits respected. It never sells to fans in distress and stops and alerts the team if a fan may be a minor. Read safe AI chatting on Fanvue.
A day in an agency running FanBotify
- Morning: the manager reads the overnight summary for each model: what each bot sold, new fans, hand-offs waiting.
- Through the day: chatters pick up hand-offs as alerts arrive, approve drafts for models still in drafts mode, and reply personally where a fan deserves it.
- Custom requests: the bot quotes from the model's price list; the model approves and confirms payment before anything is promised.
- Weekly: account managers send each model's proposed prospection DMs, add new shoots to her tiers and adjust base prices where a tier is offered often but rarely bought.
- Overnight: every bot keeps answering fans in its model's voice, with hand-offs queued for the morning unless they are urgent.
Onboarding a new model
When a model joins, the setup is the same each time: she signs in with Fanvue, you write her persona together from her own messages, set her hard limits and languages, build her catalog from her Vault (or let "Sort with AI" build the bundles and suggest prices), set base prices and per-fan bounds, choose drafts or automatic replies, and launch. Because her bot is isolated, adding her does not touch any other model's setup.
Access the official way
Each model connects her own account with Fanvue sign-in through the official Fanvue Developer API. FanBotify never sees her password, and she can disconnect at any time. That also makes offboarding simple when a model leaves the agency.
Agency vs Enterprise
| Agency | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Creators | 3 | More, by agreement |
| Team seats | 5 | By agreement |
| Messages per month | 6,000 shared | By agreement |
| AI Prospection | 400 per month | By agreement |
| Price | $129/month ($96/month billed yearly) + 25% | Custom, negotiated rate |
The 25% applies only to the paid messages the AI sells, never to tips, subscriptions or sales made by the model or your team. See the plans, or compare chatter payroll in AI vs human chatters.
