Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FanBotify, a Fanvue App Store app that helps Fanvue creators and agencies manage fan conversations, pricing and follow-ups. By installing or using FanBotify you agree to them.
1. Who can use FanBotify
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a Fanvue creator or agency account in good standing. You use FanBotify only for Fanvue accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
2. Your Fanvue connection
FanBotify connects to Fanvue through Fanvue's official OAuth. We never ask for your Fanvue password. You can revoke access at any time from Fanvue or by asking us to delete your workspace.
3. What FanBotify does on your behalf
Once you launch it, FanBotify reads your chats, fans, earnings and media through the Fanvue API, and sends messages and paid offers in your creator account according to the profile, limits and prices you set. You stay responsible for your account, your content and everything sent from it, and you can pause the bot or stop it for any fan at any time.
4. Your content and your rules
You confirm that all content you sell through FanBotify is yours or licensed to you, depicts only consenting adults, and complies with Fanvue's terms and policies. You must set limits that reflect what you will and won't do; FanBotify refuses requests outside them.
5. Fan safety
If a fan says they are under 18, or signals suicide or self-harm, FanBotify stops replying to that fan and flags the conversation for you to review. You agree to handle these conversations yourself and to follow Fanvue's safety policies.
6. Plans and billing
FanBotify bills once a month, on the 1st, for the previous month. The invoice contains your plan's monthly price (Trial is free with no time limit; Starter is $99.99 a month, month to month) and a fee on the sales FanBotify completes for you: the paid messages the bot sent that your fans then bought, as recorded by Fanvue. The fee rate is the one shown for your plan (25% on Trial, 12.5% on Starter, agreed in writing on Pro), and the plan you are on when the invoice is issued applies to the whole month. Your own sales, subscriptions and tips are never charged. You can switch between Trial and Starter at any time in Settings › Plan.
Paying by card. If you add a card, it is saved by our payment provider, Stripe. FanBotify never sees your card number and keeps only its brand, last four digits and expiry. By adding a card you authorize FanBotify to charge it for each monthly invoice, for the amount shown on that invoice, which varies with the bot's sales. The card is charged when the invoice is issued. If a charge fails we retry it up to four times, about once a day, and tell you each time. You can replace the card, or switch to crypto, at any time in Settings › Plan; card charges stop as soon as you switch.
Paying in crypto. You can instead pay each invoice in cryptocurrency through our payment provider NOWPayments, from the invoice's payment link, within 7 days.
Prepaid balance. You can add funds to a FanBotify balance in crypto. Each invoice is paid from the balance first when the balance covers it in full. An unused balance is refunded on request, in cryptocurrency, minus network fees.
Unpaid invoices. If an invoice is not paid by its due date (7 days after it is issued), FanBotify pauses your bot until it is paid, then resumes it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use FanBotify to break Fanvue's rules or the law, to target minors, to harass anyone, to send spam, or to try to access other creators' data.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep FanBotify running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features; we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially affect paid plans.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FanBotify is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for FanBotify in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending your use
You can stop at any time by pausing the bot and asking us to delete your workspace. Fees on sales the bot already completed stay due and are invoiced as usual. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
