The problem with scripts
- The same opener for every fan.
- The same "money question" phrasing, again and again.
- No memory: the fan told you about his job last week, the script asks again.
Replace lines with rules
| Script | Rule instead |
|---|---|
| A fixed opener | Start from what you know about this fan |
| "Want to see more? 😏" every time | Ask about spending once, warmly, at the right moment |
| A fixed price | A base price per tier, adjusted to the fan |
| A list of excuses | Clear limits, and a close alternative you do offer |
Memory is the real script
Names, cities, jobs, what he bought, what made him laugh: remembering these is what makes a fan feel he is talking to one person. It is also what makes him come back.
Never the same line twice
FanBotify keeps, for each fan, the key lines already used (money ask, heads-up before an offer, reaction after a purchase…) and never repeats them, while remembering what he told you. Compare with a team in AI vs human chatters.
